When longarm quilting, the ability to easily adjust your table height is more than a nice convenience; it’s a valuable fatigue-reducing feature!

What’s the right height adjustment for your longarm?  We want to be ergonomic and treat our bodies right – so we need to be able to stand up straight and not hunch over.

What does that look like?  Generally, when the backing roller hits your belly button and your arms are comfortable without having to hunch your shoulders up.
