Do you struggle with how to quilt a top with the least amount of starts and stops?
In this Drawing/Demo class, you’ll learn the strategies Dorie uses to find the continuous path around pieced blocks. Then take it to the next level by connecting these free motion designs across the width of the quilt top with one start and one stop (based on Dorie’s book, Making Connections). This class includes a printed handout for you to follow.
This in-person class will be held at the APQS showroom in Carroll Iowa, on November 15th, from 8:30-11:30am.
Supplies to bring to class:
- Paper, pen and fine-tip black, dry erase marker.
- Students are encouraged to bring quilt tops for design discussion.
