There are numerous reasons why your computer may not be able to play video.

First, being able to view video online normally requires a fast Internet connection (broadband) because video files are large and require a lot of effort for your computer to play.

If you have a fast connection and still have problems try these fixes:

1. If using Internet Explorer as your Web browser - a security bar may appear at the top of the browser asking if you want to allow or install Active X controls - this control allows your browser to view video - so allow or install this control to watch the video.
