Claudia Clark Myers
Claudia Clark Myers
is an award winning quilter, pattern designer, teacher and
APQS George Artist.
Her
work has been featured in numerous publications and received recognition
time and time again at all of the major quilting shows from AQS to MQS
to Road to California and many more. She has collaborated with
Marilyn Badger on several award
winning quilts. (examples pictured, right)
Claudia was named "2006 Quilter of the Year" by the Minnesota Quilters
Board.
Claudia is a retired costume designer and co-owner of "2 Much Fun!", a
paper-piecing patterns company. She also designs fabric for Fabri-Quilt.
Claudia
teaches and lectures on machine quilting across the country and at major
quilting shows.
Claudia also provided her extensive experience to American Professional
Quilting Systems as the company developed and tested the new
George long arm quilting machine.
Claudia
and her husband Tom, live in the woods, north of Duluth, with their dog,
Gus. They have three children, Tad, Pete, and Jessica---Jess is also a
long arm quilter.
