Bernadette Mayr

Bernadette Mayr lives in Germany and is an APQS quilt artist and teacher.

Her quilts have been featured in numerous publications and exhibits for the past several decades, including her new book “Flower Patchwork” which was published in 2005. 

She also spends her time teaching quilting classes.

Bernadette’s quilts feature intricate stitching detail (pictures, right).

"Flower Patchwork" walks you through creating 20 quilts step-by-step.  Her flowers and blooms are cut and sewn without templates and rulers.
