Well quilters, we have a problem...
I just called the Spaghetti Factory to add two more to our dinner reservation and was told they "lost" the reservation and can't seat us on Friday. After speaking to the manager who apologized but couldn't fix it (she thought perhaps the host put us down for August instead of September--but then when we didn't show up, why didn't they call me?)
So---change restaurants? Or change nights? Or any other suggestions?
Let me know what you think. :(

I don't know of any other restaurant in Tacoma area. Whatever you decide will work for me. Carreen

I'm checking out the Harmon--three blocks farther from the Convention Center. It's kind of a brew-pub, but has good burgers and appetizers. I will let you know.

Bummer - at least you found out before we were all standing there waiting to be seated! Lucy and I are available any night so whatever you can find. Sorry that you had this happen and causing you more work. I'll keep watching to see how it all comes out.

New venue for the dinner!!
The Harmon Brewpub is thrilled to take us all as a group on Friday at 6:30.
It is 5 blocks south of the Convention Center on Pacific.
Any who wants to meet just after 6pm at the registration desk area--we can walk down together.
I will try to U2U or email all involved.
See you soon!!

Linda, could you post the address for those of that need to drive? Thanks a bunch for all that you have had to do for our dinner. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.

For those who might not want to walk (me!) the light rail runs every 10 minutes with stops in front of the convention center and in front of the Harmon Brewery and it's free to ride.
