McBird of Paradising Is complete
Okay, as a disclaimer....or apology...Karen, I'm sorry, I know as an artist you know what your work should look like.....
This is just an interpretation:

another:

I learned to do these rose buds from Dawn C's class at MQS while I was a TA....They still need work, but they are getting there.
and the last one....

Mary Beth-
I think it is beautiful! I love your "interpretation" It makes me want to reach into the screen to touch them! Is it a customer quilt or do you
get to keep it?

OMG - Beautiful - I think my first try at McAnything will be on a much smaller quilt. Mary Beth it truly is a quilt to be proud of.

Heck no, it's not mine...I don't have time to make my own quilts This
customer brings me 4 - 6 quilt tops every time I call her to let her know her last bunch is done. She has 3 machine quilters that she uses because she
says one could not keep up with her. I wish I could prove her wrong.

No teasing this time McBeth! This is beautiful work. Your new wheels must be working fairly smoothly to accomplish this.
I think it looks Shakespearean even for a country girl

No kidding, it is just perfect! I think Ms McTavish would approve and would be proud of your McBirding.
And, I really like your rose buds... just perfect!!!!!!

Absolutely fabulous. How do you charge for doing that kind of work? I'm just curious whether it is by the inch or the whole project.

Mary Beth - it's beautiful! Really gorgeous! Your McT'ing (or McB'ing) is lovely and compliments the quilt perfectly! The feather wreaths are
wonderful and I LOVE those little rosebuds, too! Very, very nice!
I don't think we should be hearing any more about what you think is your "limited" ability......you ROCK, girl!
