The EZ-Q is safe,
compact, and simple to operate!
The spread to be quilted is
rolled lengthwise onto a back roller. It is then fed onto a front "take-up"
roller located under the arm of the industrial sewing head. The machine is
mounted in a special carriage that allows it to move a full 360 degrees from
side to side and front to back. This enables the operator to sew intricate
quilting patterns including loops and circles.
The operator simply starts with the leading edge of the spread, moving
the machine right to left following a quilting stitch pattern template
with the aid of a stylus (pointer) mounted on the machine carriage.
After two rows of quilting are
finished, the spread is rolled forward to allow two additional rows to
be sewn. Repeating this procedure will complete a beautiful
spread with a look of handcrafted artistry.
