Do a little research to learn how far quilt finishers are backlogged with orders in your area. Is it one month? Six months? More? There's a tremendous demand in many areas for machine quilting services.  If there's a demand in your area, even our top-of-the-line Millennium machine can pay for itself in just over a one year. In many cases, you'll find a backlog of six months or more; indicating that this is a terrific business opportunity for a person who wants to be self-employed.

Quilters around the nation report that they do anything from one quilt per week to as many as 300-plus quilts per year.
