Wow! What an amazing few weeks it's been! APQS debuted the wonderful new Bliss Drive System during the first week of April. Since then, quilters have been very excited and inquisitive about this wonderful innovation. As I've traveled to MQX in Providence, Paducah, and now MQS, everywhere quilters have wanted to get their hands on Bliss. And I certainly can't blame them! I have had a terrific time sharing my enthusiasm for the new Bliss, and how it can change the way one quilts.

 

I am excited every time someone stops by the APQS booth and says, "Let me see Bliss"...because I know the minute she gets her hands on the machine, her eyes will become wide and her first words will be something like "Wow! This is amazing!" I know, because that's the way I felt the very first time I grabbed the handles and gave Bliss a try at the APQS factory. From that very first touch, I knew that every quilter who had the opportunity to try the system would feel the same exuberation and joy at the amazing possibilities the Bliss system provided.

 

I am often asked about how the Bliss will change the way a person quilts. While the movement is certainly spectacular, I think the one thing I am most amazed at is the way the system allows me to stitch diagonal lines effortlessly...I can place diagonal lines right next to each other without wobbles and wiggles! I am even tempted to try a little diagonal stitching in the ditch without a ruler!
